Hubnex AI is an AI-powered chat application that routes user prompts to third-party AI models (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek) to generate responses.

The App is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Responses are generated automatically by AI models and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hubnex AI.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using:

• Google sign-in

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity performed under it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI Responses & Limitations

• AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers
• No guarantee of accuracy, correctness, or reliability
• Responses should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice

Use the App at your own discretion.

5. Usage Limits & Availability

• Hubnex AI may enforce daily usage or token limits.
• Limits may vary by user and may change over time.
• Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, or third-party limitations.

Future versions of Hubnex AI may include subscription or premium features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the system
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the App or backend
• Generate harmful, abusive, or prohibited content

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Data & Privacy

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion:

• Your account data and chat history are permanently removed.
• Recovery is not possible.

All branding, design, and app content (excluding user input and AI responses) are the property of Hubnex AI.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without permission.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubnex AI shall not be liable for damages arising from:
